Emptiness

Contrary to the wise sayings back in the days that stated empty vessels make the loudest noise it’s decades now,wish my empty pockets could make the loudest noise maybe then they would have realized my worth. “It’s no one’s wish or fault to be in their current state,” that’s the slogan used by most of those surround me. How I wish those with fortunes would utter such words,then would I have believed no fault nor wish results to situations faced. Circumstances would be one of the greatest playmaker in the game of emptiness. Bodies have been emptied off their souls. Our faces filled with fake smiles would never depict how empty and hollow we feel deep within us. It’s God’s grace that gives us drive to wish for the coming of a better tomorrow. Not promised though we never fail to make plans for it.
